"The cessation of hostilities in Syria is still holding despite some difficulties", Dr. Kadri Jamil, co-chairman of "Moscow-Istana" platforms of Syrian opposition, and the Secretary of the People's Will Party, told "Sputnik" Agency on 20/04/2016.

"The United States should provide the oppositional High Negotiations Committee (HNC, formed in Riyadh) not with weapons but with pens and paper for taking part in the negotiations, which remain the sole way of settling the situation in Syria", a Secretary of the People's Will Party, (participating in the negotiations within Moscow-Cairo platforms), Dr. Kadri Jamil told "TASS" Agency in an exclusive interview, on 20/4/2016.
