A Statement by the People's Will Party: Expulsion of the US from the Entire Region is the Key to Foiling the «Deal of the Century»!
The US President and the Prime Minister of the Zionist entity announced today, Tuesday, January 28, additional (but not finalized) details of what they call “the Deal of the Century”. This so-called “Deal” included – as expected and revealed in many previous leaks by US, Zionist, and Arab officials – several points that blatantly contradict all international resolutions relevant to the Palestinian cause, and all the rights of the Palestinian people – mainly, their right to an independent state with Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as its capital, as well as the right of return (of Palestinian refugees).
The timing of this announcement comes in the context of Trump and Netanyahu attempting to benefit domestically, as both are facing a series of domestic crises and requiring more support from the most extreme and reactionary currents. However, what is even more important – strategically speaking – is that the forced retreat of the US from our entire region due primarily to its deep economic crisis, and by virtue of the new international balance of powers, is pushing Washington to establish an environment of total chaos in the region, one that is ready to be continuously self-igniting. It is precisely in this context that this disruptive announcement is made about the so-called “Deal of the Century”.
We, in the People's Will Party, condemn this declaration and reject it altogether. Furthermore, we call upon the Palestinian national forces to unify their positions and unify the Palestinian ranks, and to maximally benefit from the new international balance.
We also call upon the national powers in Syria to assume their responsibilities towards the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people, by putting an immediate end to all actions that result in time-wasting and stalling of the establishment of stability in Syria through a comprehensive political solution, which by itself would allow Syria to restore its functional role of countering Western and Zionist schemes in the region.
