Jamil: "US should provide HNC with pen and paper for talks, not weapons"

"The United States should provide the oppositional High Negotiations Committee (HNC, formed in Riyadh) not with weapons but with pens and paper for taking part in the negotiations, which remain the sole way of settling the situation in Syria", a Secretary of the People's Will Party, (participating in the negotiations within Moscow-Cairo platforms), Dr. Kadri Jamil told "TASS" Agency in an exclusive interview, on 20/4/2016.

The Agency quoted him saying "Negotiations in Geneva are the strategic policy. The Americans should provide more pens and paper for talks", and added that: "Weapons will not resolve the Syrians’ problems. The negotiating process is the center of the Syrians’ activity. Everything else is redundant".
